Good quiet location. Nice room. Great breakfast.

Fabulous surprise on our arrival - the hotel was very welcoming and gave us a wonderful upgrade to a Villa.

The weather - poor staff were run ragged after an afternoon storm flooded the hotel!

Perfect location for a simple stay in Fuerteventura, close to the airport and beach.

We asked for a quiet room with a good view and we got just that. The room was brilliant, with comfortable beds, a lovely separate shower/bathroom area, kitchenette and a living area. The hotel was a really easy 15minute taxi ride from the airport and sat in a perfect location, being on the beach front and close proximity to the shops in Caleta de Fuste. I really liked the layout of the hotel, with big wide corridors and large communal areas, but also quieter and more secluded pool areas to get away and relax. We had a half board holiday so breakfast and evening meal was included and there was plenty of variety at both meals, we particularly enjoyed the freshly cooked fish/meat.. The reception area was always well staffed and we always received great help or advice.

The gym has the potential to be really good but the equipment needs updating and the whole area needs a facelift. I used the gym on 5 occasions and in that time one cross trainer was not working and the treadmill was not working for 3 days. The cable machine is very old and the gym would benefit from some other simple equipment like gym balls, more stretch mats, better weights of kettle bells, and definitely more sanitising stations. A simple foot wash area to wash sand off your feet after walking along the beach would be great. Finally, an area which is really tricky to get right. The cooked food was often overcooked, so the vegetables became quite mushy or dry, however the food was always warm which is a positive! Overall, I genuinely found little to complain about this hotel. We really enjoyed our stay here :-)

Good break in general, comfortable room and great location. Kitchen well below 4*.

Suites are great, large and well furnished. Kitchenette is a bonus. The terrace is large, there is even space for sunbeds, wish they were there. Mattresses are good. Cleaning staff is thorough and efficient. Location is perfect.

Restaurant and kitchen needs improvement. Food is lukewarm, bakery and sweets are not great at all. There is no garden and very little free space, all territory is built over by the accommodation and pools. The request for late check-out was not handled well by the reception, and they could have warned us that the courtesy shower needs to be booked well in advance. There were works going on, the main pool only was open at the last day of stay. The situation seems to be improving though.

Usually a great place but disappointed this stay

Our 5th stay in 9 years! Right on the beach. Near shops etc Staff amazing! Cate the entertainments lady was great!

I didn’t like where our rooms were this year. 290/91. Felt too far out. Bit of a sewer smell too. Main pool was closed and we weren’t told when we checked in. When we enquired we were told it would be open by Wednesday 1st May. It was being filled Friday 3rd May. The day we left. These 2 things made me feel disappointed

Good Hotel, Good Location, Excellent Room and Good Food

Hotel is situated right on the beach front which has plenty of sunbeds the hotel also has at least two swimming pools with free beds. Outside the hotel is a boardwalk for nice walks, if you turn right the walk is shorter this way. The hotel itself is kept incredibly clean with staff working throughout the day, our room was very large and spacious with very comfortable beds, plenty of storage in the bedroom plus a comfy chair, 2 x TV's ( one in the bedroom and one in the living area, which we didn’t even turn on ) a sofa, small dining table and chairs, a small kitchen area containing basic utensils if you want to cook, we didn't and a very modern bathroom all of which was kept incredibly clean. All staff at the hotel were very, very helpful, friendly and approachable, we stayed half board and the food in the restaurant was of a good standard, with a very varied choice and plenty of it, huge choice at breakfast, coffee, fresh juices, smoothies, yoghurts, fresh fruits, every pastry you can imagine, churros, pancakes, omelettes, full English and a huge selection of cold meats, cheeses, olives and breads etc, again in the evening there was a huge choice, soup, cold mezzes and salads, cheeses and at least 6 different hot dishes with accompanying sides plus a fish and meat dish cooked fresh on the grill. Taxi from the airport to the hotel is 15 Euro.

Nothing, everything was fine, I have read comments that the hotel could do with a lick of paint in some areas, can't say that sort of thing really bothers me, I am there for a clean room and decent food both of which this hotel offered.

If you’re staying in Caleta this hotel is ideal - great location and fantastic staff.

Fantastic staff - particularly thanks to Pablo on reception for the warm welcome and for checking in with us to make sure we were happy with everything, and to Nazha for leaving the room sparkingly clean every day! The variety and quality of food in the restaurant was excellent.

Nothing to dislike. The WiFi was a little bit slow and unreliable at times but having said that it was still better than at other hotels we’ve stayed in.

Not for Buckingham Palace residents. Otherwise, recommended option.

We travel a lot, really a lot. We use wide range of quality and price level hotels. I will not write about the hotel facilities. You can find it better or worse. I was inspired to write this opinion reading few extremely negative ones. Gosh! Is it really so bad?! The hotel is well managed. Rooms are spacious (our was 95 m2 (superior suite)) but even junior suites are huge - 65 m2. Food is fully acceptable and varied. Sparkling wine to the breakfast, free beer or wine and sangria. Yes, the quality is not on top but look at the price of your stay. Reading negative opinions, I found something like 'my little baby has got a little belly pain next day after eating dinner in the restaurant', 'we arrived tired at midnight and check-in was too slow', 'the boiled egg for breakfast was barely lukewarm and it was only 10:00 AM' (breakfast is from 7:30 to 10:30), 'the floor in our room was outdated'. Folks! Floors in the Buckingham Palace are also outdated!

Great holiday despite the unseasonal weather

We were upgraded from a Junior Suite with Premium Sea View to a Family Room with a lovely balcony overlooking the sea/beach that had loungers as well as a table and chairs also there was also welcoming gifts from the management. When we returned to the room the next day there was a bottle of sparkling wine and a note for my wife's birthday. The breakfast had loads of choice so we were able to have different things each day. The porridge was exceedingly nice. We both liked the location being between the town and the golf course with a flat walkway and bars either way.

Could have done with some washing up liquid to wash up glasses/cups as tiny insects (smaller than ants) came crawling over anything left out. Didn't see much of the cleaning ladies, once they just left towels and a toilet roll outside the door. It was a long walk to reception via the use of two lifts, but good exercise.
